How are your bets doing this week?

We have reopened access to competition creation for all users, meaning you can create and manage your own competitions and win bragging rights (or more!) from your friends and family.

Create Your Own Competitions

Did you know that you can create your own pick-em competitions on BettorEdge? In addition to those hosted by us and our partners, like daily NBA & NHL comps or CFB Home’s weekly Top 25 pick-em, we have re-opened access to everyone in the community to create public and private competitions. Here’s how you can create one right now:

1. Visit the Comps tab in the BettorEdge webapp

2. Tap “Manage” at the top of the screen

3. Tap “Create New”

4. Enter competitions details, choose your payout options, select games/markets.

5. Tap Activate at the top of the page.

6. Hit the Share* button and send the invite to everyone!

Competitions are a great way to add a little extra excitement in the group chat, spice up a watch party and win back your entry fee for the fantasy football league where you sit in last place. Competitions can be free to enter or you can watch the payout increase as more players enter a paid comp! We like the way one BettorEdge user Michael put it in a reply to one of our Competition Corner emails, “my friends are all about parlays, but if you go 8-2 in a parlay you lose. Going 8-2 in a competition usually gets you paid.”

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, maybe a (somewhat) friendly pick-em competition ends up as your newest turkey day tradition.

From the Bahamas to Brooklyn, Maui to Fort Myers, starting on Thursday we will see 10 straight days of college basketball games starting as early as 11amET. That means you can enjoy hundreds of games over the next week and a half, giving you plenty of opportunities to get back in the swing of college hoops betting!

Check out the NCAAM and NCAAW league pages in the Markets tab to try our updated event sorting tools to easily sift through hundreds of games. Quickly filter by Top 25, Division or Conference to find the games you’re looking for or hit the search bar on the main Markets tab to search for your team.
